DUI Program: Level I

It’s not just what we do, but what we make happen

The DUI Level I Drug and Alcohol Education Course includes a substance abuse evaluation and 12 hours of instruction designed to expose the DUI client with one alcohol- or drug-related traffic arrest/conviction to the issues regarding the use of alcohol and drugs.

Substance Abuse Evaluation

• Includes a one-hour, face-to-face substance abuse evaluation, completed by a certified DUI Evaluator
• Consists of written diagnostic tests, along with a comprehensive psychosocial evaluation
• Evaluation must be completed prior to class participation (when feasible)
