To report online, please ensure you are in a confidential, quiet, and distraction-free environment during the session. In addition, you must activate audio and video capabilities and must be present on the screen during your virtual report. Be in the upright sitting position, no laying in bed or any other furniture. No foul or obscene language as well as any interruptions will be permitted during virtual reporting. Please have your Case Number and any pertinent documents ready and on hand.
Clients are expected to adhere to the proper dress code, shirt, and shorts required at a minimum. You are not to be driving or operating any machinery during the session. Clients are required not to be under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs/substances, and medication that may cause side effects that could interfere with their ability to listen, participate and engage with the counselor.
